Yes Molls that is a lot to do with it. The job has to change...
All of a sudden this eve I feel ..... errrr happy ?
As well as the interaction today - (Charity team meeting in the afternoon)
I had an email exchange with young Satz in Oz who sounds happy and is not living under a bridge in a cardboard box :egad:
I think maybe there was latent worry about him in the mix too-can that happen ?
I'm just a mad 'ol cow tbh :H
Ah Satz:l- ye might be a mad ol cow but we loves ya:h

How's young Satz getting on? Did he get a job after all?

God yeah --- forgot bout the smokes Dreamy with all my angst How are you this evening? Like you Tweetie I have the eCig planned --- Simon was telling me about one that is s'posed to be fantastic --- a mate of his smoked 60 untipped a day and literally gave them up overnight with this one --- I'll find out the name --- it costs bout 70 euro's but apparently well worth it ---
I wasn't moaning about my job per se. --- I'm happy out most of the time --- but if I had to do that 5 days a week I really would lose the will to live --- in fact --- I'll go further --- I don't think I COULD do it ---
How are you coping with the job at the mo Sweety?
Oh Gawd that one's much dearer than one I got. It would need to work at that cost!

Ah Molls-ye'll be sorry ye asked!!!!:H my job is just feckin the pits at the mo.. Know it's same ol cry but we are so short on staff it is plain dangerous. Losing any new staff we have to other places and loads of new nurses refusing job in the ward as it's reputation for being so feckin short and busy is well-known. Any staff we get from bank or agency literally haven't a fuckin clue and yer nearly better off without them.. In middle of this are sick, elderly folk, some very confused, aggressive and their relatives expecting the best of the best standards of care....somethings gonna give....mark my words!!

Came close to bumming a ciggie off a friend, but that particular brand is so awful that I decided against it. What is happening in my life? Disregarding cravings left, right and centre? :H:H:H

Ok, off to fridge and toaster!

Like I give out about staff shortages in my job --- but it's only inconvenience --- nobody's lives are at stake --- that does sound unacceptable and positively dangerous -- is there no one that can be brought in from the hierarchy to look at the situation ---- it's just not right pet:l
Hierarchy are too busy lookin at A&E at mo- big hue n cry over crap there. We wrote a letter to management last year voicing concerns- still to get any feedback bar that they are trying to recruit. Unions are feckin useless too. Hate to say this but it's gonna take a serious incident before anyone takes notice and when that incident happens it will be some poor nurse's career on the line.

Ah feck, me and Satz need to start our own business in something----what tho?!

He may as well be feckin family - we sit beside each other - and I'm told EVERYTHING.
The wife, the mortgage, the new house and a lot of there there's / nasty banks involved too- FFS
Saw a photo of the positive stick yoke - the wife sent to him this morning to announce she is preggers. His/her own mothers are not to be told for weeks:H
