Been awake loads during the night too. Feeling a lot better even though I am tired so back to training as I have a couple of marathons coming up.
Lay awake for hours last night worrying about stuff that should not concern me:upset:

Morning army not long awake and just made coffee. I didn't get to sleep till bout 2am so could have slept longer but the sleep fairy and my female cat wudn't let me so may as well stay awake now. Have a terrific Tuesday. :cupajoe::catroll:

Never mind four months - had my last ciggie 18 hours ago (of which I spent six asleep). Should actually not post this - have had so many NF day 1s - but oh well.

elastic band on the wrist.

theres also something that somepeople use, its a twisty thing that they keep on their wrist and use it to twist around and fiddle with.
