Funny how you mention your darker mornings as ours are getting lighter........just noticed we're not using the headlights on the car yesterday.

Jackie, hope you feel better soon. Do they sell Zicam spray in the UK? If they do, go to the pharmacy and get some. I've shortened several bad colds because of it. Hope you feel better soon.
