It's raining here - a nice, soft drizzle - no need to water the garden. I just hope it keeps up for a while. The Eschevarias I'm trying to propagate might not like the wet, though. Damn.

Good morning Tipps Mario and Dreamy. Dry here so far. Awake since hour and had coffee and now wholemeal toast and banana. Need more sleep do will get another few zzzzzzz in. Good luck with the fags today Dreamy its tough like all addiction. I wish I could quit al like ciggies but this is the tougher one for me but I keep at odat. Happy Monday.

SORRY! APOLOGIES! Day 1 for smokes! What I don't get is whyquitting Al was relatively easy after the first few days, and ciggies are so damn hard. Anyway, will keep on fighting the battle - I will win, eventually.

Think Mario left for Portugal on Friday, Molly.

Sun's coming out; still, the bit of rain we had was really welcome.

Off for tea with a friend who's leaving the village - we don't see each other very often, but I really enjoy her conversations - she has such an active, inquiring mind.

God Dreamyslob that gave me a fright! I found cigarettes hard to pack in but so much easier than the grog. Just do not stop giving up, your clothes will smell so much nicer:H
