The cubs are at the Eminem concert tonight, so there's peace and quiet in the home. No kit hen duties either. It's just too damn hot. It was still 36C at 6.00 p.m.

Well now Sweets you prolly know about this?
She had a bladder test - appears she has a very small bladder and wear & tear after kids ? Youngest 'kid' is 45 FFS - but this is only happening in last 3 years ?
It's this causes her to get up 12 times a night
Bladder is also inflamed - so I dunno- has to now wait for another appointment in another hospital. No urgency at all for an 84 year old exhausted from disturbed sleep.

Ah the poor pet:l 12 times a night is not funny. No expert at all but with age we seem to experience more difficulties with 'down' there- urgency, frequency, infections etc... Then old folk are afraid to drink plenty of fluid thinking it will make them 'run' more when it in fact makes things worse. It's no joke. Know this is no comfort to her now but at least they are investigating and not fobbing her off saying it's all down to age.

Aww bless her heart. Pa in law is the same age although I doubt his problems are child bearing related and he's going to have to wear his catheter do da for the rest of his natural........he's actually glad they've found a solution and the answer is minimum inconvenience.
