Have been drinking a lot recently

. Not getting completely hammered or anything, but just drinking about 3-6 pints in a pub while going out at the weekend of playing poker.

Started reading Alan Carr's book again and when I'm done, I am going to try another quit.

Drinking buddy leaves for America on 6th perminatly so this should be the last weekend of boozing with him.

Even though you say you haven't been drinking that much, you must feel bad about it, or you wouldn't bring it up? Do you feel like you HAVE to drink with this buddy of yours this weekend?

yes. this is the last one. off for a meal tonight and there will be wine.

Next week i'll start the non drinking and tell you how it's going.
