    Just checking the date.

    Yep - it's still the 1st of March and the undie drawer has predictably already started to slither down that slippery slope towards total degradation.

    Thank you all - my faith is restored.

                No. I'm still antsy.
                ALL I wanted to do today was go down into the garden and do a bit of harmless concreting. Saved all my energy for it. Now the dog is humping the doona and I am watching crime channel. And it's going on 12!!!!

                    Woke up thinking about the Brizzie meet-up - hope you all have a fantastic time!!

                    Beautiful morning here in Wellington and I'm just heading off with the 8-year old for a ride on the cable car. Had some interesting conversations with my tenant (A) and the neighbors over the last 24 hours. I'm sort of the view that the neighbors (one lot of them anyway, the other lot have been really good) don't like the fact that they were living next to a nice safe white middle class couple (Mr B and I) and now they live next to a 28 year old black sole parent who has different taste in music, and whose friends park old cars in the driveway. She absolutely and totally denies any of the more serious allegations they made and I tend to believe her. Anyway, A and I have had long talk about the importance of keeping the neighbors on side.

                    And it has been lovely seeing Betty and Wookie!

                            Happy March everyone! I for one am delighted Autumn has arrived with it's milder attitude
                            I should explain - Internet connection very annoying at the moment - wifi connection keeps dropping out so i'm often unable to post more than once.
                            Apologies for the post and run style. Hope to change providers soon as affordable
