Absolutely (minus the risotto - a pet hate). Best duck I've ever had was with a homemade sweet chilli sauce - nearly ate the plate it was served on. Army food sounds delicious today - Tips is doing crayfish tails, you duck. Haven't even started thinking about anything past brekky.
