Back from a long walk in the sunshine

I think I was just being a bit too sensitive and seeing unkindness when it was not meant.

Had a few fuck it moments/drinking thoughts but feel back on track now.

Off to do a half marathon in Wales tomorrow do not feel fit enough for it but as I am the designated car driver I will have to go. Probably be good for me!

Will miss M&S salads - but trying to survive without them - too expensive .
