Hahaha! You lot made me larf reading back just now! :H:H:H Funny feckers. I need to try getting into the habit of logging in earlier again... I'm missing the craic!

Mama... Fen's idea is a good one. Another trick I've heard of to keep a cat from going where it shouldn't is aluminum foil (apparently they freak out when they walk on it). I think you can probably buy an anti-pee spray from the pet store and all. I've never had an issue with any of my cats, except when MacGregor got the stomach cancer... he couldn't make it very often towards the end. Sean dragged himself there the night before I put him to sleep. Makes me want to :upset: thinking about them so that's enuff of that.

Fen... I'll give Target a shot if I can't find a stove top one, they usually have a lot of small appliances. I'd rather one I could use on the stove top though as it's less hassle to store. Still smiling about the old lazy cat that won't help!

I'm going to get my hormone panel done tomorrow... finally. I'm bracing myself for the Doc to pronounce me biatshit crazy due to them being out of whack. Bet you anything! (Ach well, no worse than a roasting on the boards!)

And I went to the dentist today (fun fun fun around these parts). Got the gnashers cleaned and go back next Monday for the real experience... gah...

We had a big storm and a tornado warning this arvo. I got stuck at the dentist of all places. Only so many teeth jokes you can listen to... but I did hear a really good Scottish/Welsh one. A friend came and got me with his truck and we went back for my car when it was over.

And other than that I think it's time..... for..... Netflix!!!

Hey everyone - thanks for the laughs!

I would love to post a positive, upbeat message. But, I think I'll just say - long day and I'm heading to my Kindle or Netflix. :H Not to worry, I am doing fine. Just so dang tired and tired of my hubby being gone. Now, it's looking like another 4 months at least. I told hubby that we should sleep on it before we replied. Anyway, he definitely is coming home for a period of time on March 15. So, that is the positive. Always have to look for the positive in things.

Off to check out the book that K9 mentioned.

Mama....I think you should look into toilet box litter training for the complete feline experience!! You kitties can poop in the toilet and you never have to clean another box! Or hide it all from Bret.....

Liz yea for CJ on the job!!!!! She had to battle a lot of competition to get that. I'm a bit in disagreement with hubs- a short visit to fantasy land might be a nice break before 'real' life begins...

Had a great 90 minute facial today...gotta love living social ! I swear I look at at least 30 minutes younger!

Today is Friday, and in the time honoured tradition I pulled a POETS. That stands for P*ss Off Early, Tomorrow's Saturday, and explains why I'm home at 4 O'clock. I expect you all to be using it in a sentence by this time next week. (Yes, I set homework!)

Mama, the bad thing about training cats to use the terlet is that most of them do not learn how to flush! Or wipe up, afterwards if they hit the seat. Sort of like having another guy in the house. :H

Hi all,
Snow is melting...42F and going up to 50 or so....I am so tired of the darn snow, took new doggie out to potty and the grass is still crunchy....I need green grass and leaves on the trees.....it is coming I hear.
Off to get things ready for flea market set up tonight. Much to do and doing it with a clear head is so wonderful. I have been doing this for 5 years and this will be the first NON hangover year..
I am feeling good!!

Hi Everyone!

Mama - How did the kid beating go last night? That gave me a good chuckle. I always tell WHN "I am going to beat you"...and of course she's REAL scared. LOL :H So PG&S is off today huh? Thankfully you will have a drama-free Friday (I hope). I have on some black/grey checkered pants today. Yes, I am in denial about being 41. I bought them for WHN but then I took them back! I figure I will be wearing a uniform soon...so I might as well be crazy now.

Kradle - I am confused, and blind. Are YOU on the horse, or is Matt on the horse? I swear my eyes are giving out, and that will be a SAD day for me...since I love reading so much!! I think I will do a homemade facial tonight. I am still feeling bloated from my indiscretion Monday night. It's horrible how one night can set you back so far. I swear that even my fingernails hurt the day after. So if anyone is even contemplating a drink, please DO NOT DO IT...it's SOOOO not worth it!!

Last night Sierra told me that the reason Netflix was loading so much was because the WiFi receiver was so far away from the Wii...so we moved it into the living room, and lo and behold...it worked perfectly. Thank goodness I have a teenager around who knows-it-all!

I am going in for a trim on my hair next Wednesday. I am letting it grow out, but in order to do that I have to keep it shaped or I will soon be sporting a mullet.

Happy Friday everyone! I wish I could say POETS today, but doubtful.

K9- I got a WiFi booster...my house is very angular and spread put and it helped a lot. But I still have to re-boot a lot. I also have better luck on Mozilla Firefox than Explorer...MUCH better luck.
Deputy Shelby on Bates Motel is HAWT!!!!!! Yummy!! And I have my hair in a French twist ala Norma Bates today.....I am channeling "Psycho"....muahahhahahha
Shoot...my kids could toss me across the front yard, so there will be no beatings. Maybe a tongue lashing every now and then.....
I love groovy, colorful clothes, so go for it!!! Especially if you are styling Joe Dirt hairstyle!!:H

Mama - You've always been a bit psycho so this is nothing new. I haven't started Season 2 yet...was watching Mad Men, but is it just me, or is it kind of boring? I said that about Breaking Bad also...maybe I am just hard to entertain? I guess I'd rather read a book! Someone just told me I was "wasting away before their eyes"...which is funny, because I gained 5lbs since last Friday...due to my "indescretion" and subsequent not caring attitude. Today I am back in the saddle. Drinking sucks. It makes you stop caring about things that are important. It also takes a while to get over it...
