Sorry I went AWOL over the weekend, y'all know how lazy I am! No word on the job yet, she said "within 2 weeks"...which will seem like 2 months!

Sorry to hear about the mistreatment of you lovely ladies. One thing that has never happened to me is abuse by a man. I've abused them (which I'm not proud of), and I'm sure I scared the shit out of them. lol

so...answer me this....How can someone yell at me about an on-going leak, open the font door to let me inspect and show me three unauthorized pets, carpet reeking with urine, cat litter, a "lion Headed" rabbit.......talk about gagging!! Clean your house people and don't let the landlord in....JEEZ....and don't yell at me.
I have become somewhat immune to jacksasses, I guess, and the Lion headed rabbit was kind of cool, even if stinky...
I think I am going to take my fluffy middle aged self off and teach Yoga.....or work in a plant nursery...peaceful and calm and minimal human contact:H:H

Your tenant should have at least been sneaky about the pets! Shows how dumb some folks are. Then again, we see evidence of that every day.

Can you guys believe they "lost" a plane holding 239 people on it? Something is definitely going on there that they are not telling us about.

I seriously went on a candy/junk food binge last night and I swear it was (almost) worse than alcohol. I passed out at 8pm and then I couldn't get up this morning. That's it...no more junk binges! So I'm sitting here staring at my phone waiting for the call where they say "We'd like you to join our team over here at the Police Department"...

Those rabbits look pretty funky Mama. Sounds like they smell pretty funky too.... gaack. I don't understand how people can live with a horrible smell in their house. I actually smuggled a third one in when I bought here... we're only allowed two pets... but heck, my house my problem I reckon.

Hiya Dottie! I hope you got the mouse poop taken care of. I had rats in my attic a couple of years back and that was a bit messy too.

I'm having a really unproductive day today. I felt like some "me" time and I went for it. Starty and Horizons watched a series called Nurse Jackie and I treated myself to the first 2 seasons on Amazon. What the heck, I'm worth it! I feel like I'm cheating on Netflix!

Got most of the mouse poop cleaned up..but later this spring I will need to take everything out of all the shelves and disinfect and clean. BLEH.....gag puke too...but might be a good time to clean out the junk and have a yard sale...we live on a cul-de-sac so maybe I can get the neighbors involved and have a huge street sale...that is always popular....may need to look into that further....If I can organize a huge flea market a street sale should be a piece of cake...or pie....

Mama, my niece is a "hoarder". The bathroom her kids used (old apartment) got a leak in the sink, and my niece didn't call maintenance because she didn't want to get reported to both the landlord AND child protective services, so she didn't say anything. Finally, the neighbors beneath her sustained damage to their apartments because of the leak. She didn't lose her kids, but what a mess! I feel for landlords. Mrs. Fen and I rented out the top floor of our Manse for the first four years we lived here and we screened VERY carefully.

Zen, I LOVED Nurse Jackie. And Doctor O'Hara, lol. I had issues with the series right after the end of season one, however. It ends with Jackie compromising her ID with the pyxis...and zero happened to her! She'd have been busted so bad in the real world!

I am fascinated with Edie Falco (Nurse Jackie). She's tee-total in real life, due to past issues with alcohol, so I figure she's perfect for the role.

Nurse Jackie is good isn't it Fen? O'Hara has great attitude! They're using an apple as a bong on this episode! There is a little leeway on factuality though, you're right. ;o)

Dottie... I really like getting rid of stuff... I'm running pretty lean right now, I've thrown a lot out in the last couple of years. Have the yard sale!

I looked up those bunnies and they're cute. They shouldn't smell, though...the person must not be cleaning up after them.

Yeah, Zen...they are pretty loose with facts in that show. I was really bummed that they got rid of Mo-mo after season one, as I liked him. I guess with Thor around, they felt two gay guys were redundant. I liked Zoey's character a lot. O'Hara's character really develops in an interesting way as the series goes on!
