    Holy Series Batman! :shocked:I

    I absolutely adored Nurse Jackie!! When my girl friend and I were just starting to get ourselves sober...this was about 2-2 and a half years ago, we literally lived for that fricken series!!! She was the side of us who did mostly pills so she would constantly educate me on what was going on half the time.... We'll then Netflix went and screwed up licensing agreements with lion heads entertainment so they were unable to get the rest of the damn series... (I was so upset there was no season three on Netflix though it existed 'out there' I called Them a few times to get the low down...)
    When last we saw Jackie , her husband had just been compromised by the pharmacy guy she was having the affair with.....it's been so long I've forgotten all their names!!

    So you see, the series is pretty old but still so compelling!! I was so distressed about all of this (can you tell how bizarre this was getting?? ) I stopped watching all of it all together, took it out of my queue and thus began my fixation with Star Trek voyager!!

    So now your telling me that a season three has magically appeared on Netflix after all this time??? Please don't toy with me ; I might have to start watching reruns of lost in space....

      Allright; That's it! :durn:

      I just went on Netflix to check out Nurse Jackie and it says the series is completely unable to stream... I can't even watch re-runs of my re-runs....:upset:

      I hate relapsing...:upset::upset:

        Nope, I couldn't get it on Netflix, I went and bought it on Amazon... shock horror. So much for the frugal Scots...

          I have to go to the dentist tomorrow for a 9.20 appointment... and it ain't gonna be a social visit. Gah! I'm hoping for the best and prepared for the worst. My teeth are SO crap!

            Yes I am a true Netflix / nurse Jackie junkie...but oddly enough it was my girlfriends and my absorption with that show that really kick started our journey away from all the crap we were doing to ourselves.

            Why did you think mama was preggers BTW...? Did I miss something...Again!

              I just got the first bill for mathieus teeth...or more accurately, tooth....$700.00...and really this is only the beginning....

                That's cool that you had a girlfriend to share your journey with Kradle. You might have gone your separate ways since but that was still a bonding experience at the time, huh? :l

                    I only have celery and fruit left to juice with because I was a hermit today and I didn't set foot outside my house! :wow:

                          Wow ? so much TV viewing, so little time! But I have to confess I don't really know what any of you are talking about.

                          Until recently my TV reception was stuffed for a really long time, so my viewing was limited and I couldn?t tape anything or watch DVDs and I was so busy juggling all my other stuff that I didn?t even have time to think about sorting it out and didn?t really care either way. I now have this groovy, doovy new device though, that can apparently make my TV do all sorts of magical things, so I should probably try and make the most of it and get some relaxation time.

                            Hi everyone! Heading off to sleep after a long day. The weather is warming finally and you get that feeling again off living. Hope I can get on more to catch up with everyone. Miss you all a lot. I will catch-up with everyone.

                              Zenny believe it or not that was for the oral surgeon exam/consult and his glueing matts adjacent tooth back in place....you know at some point I really don't care about the money...I knew I had to save my child,,,sounds dramatic I know but...it's just true I'm afraid.

                              Please send me the DVDs when your done!! :H
