I suppose certain jobs for certain age groups ?
WTF were you doing in Hollisters anyhoo ?
Thought I'd buy the S&H something trendy......didn't know they only did sizes teeny tiny and extra teeny tiny and he's built like a brick out house....I didn't stay long..........and isn't it dark in there.

Well lads --- talk bout being gobsmacked --- despite yer man telling us about his 'invisibility' and his THOUSANDS of unanswered cv's etc. - He rang Joe and said he wouldn't bother taking the job --- Like WTF??????
Anyway -- former #1 on the list has got it --- and he's not 50 - but he's as keen as mustard --- within 10 mins of the ad appearing -- he had emailed, telephoned, arrived in person - and except for his youth - he's pretty much perfect for the moment --- so he's training today and starting on Monday --- so there we are!!! So much for being delighted for the 'older' person succeeding --- no idea why --- and literally Joe and I are both scratching our heads --- keen as anything at the interview......
Anyways -- how's everyone? It could be worse, I could be filing.

Rusticles.........meant to answer this yesterday....
Jackie-Does Mr. JC get jealous of you spending so much time here....since you said you were crawling into bed with your kindle and peeking on here? I'm just being nosy, and I'm very curious, too.
Naw he doesn't mind me spending a lot of time on MWO mainly because I used to spend an awful lot of time either drunk, trying to act sober, unconscious or sobering up.It could be worse, I could be filing.

:waving: Army!!!!!!!!!!!!
Busy decorating tree. My neighbour had a dead tree in her yard which I inherited. Now planted and all sorts of thingies hanging from it. It's going to look stunning!
Suddenly turned cold and grey here - not nice at all - but if it means rain, I'll live with it. Won't be so keen on rain in a couple of months' time. Windy, of course. The jungle's been tamed :yay: :yay: :yay:
Art exhibition tonight - youngster from the high school. Hope to buy something - he might just be the new Picasso.
Don't have the :upset::upset: bug, sorry.

Greetings, Army
Our dinner has been delayed somewhat. A braai is on the cards, except that I asked the eldest cub to get the fire started before I went for a nanna nap. I woke up to a smouldering mess. Pyro-literacy lessons to be given.I'll do whatever it takes

If there's no fire at eight, Tips, it's going to be a long wait for food! Should have initiated the cub into mysteries of fire a long time ago; although I like building and lighting my own fire. makes me feel like a real woman.
Outside tree, Molly, will post piccies once it's all tarted up.
Art do was lovely! The youngster has such a lot of talent. Quite a lot of people, too. His mum and brother were there as well, his friends only showed their faces when most of the whities had left. Oh, this country.14 October 2013 was the first day of the best days of my life!

Don't know the book or author, Molly - will see if I can get it from the library.
My twin brothers once burnt an outside storeroom down when they were five or six - claimed they saw a mouse, and wanted to smoke it out. The house was saved, but only just. The things they put my parents through... no wonder they were prematurely grey :H:H14 October 2013 was the first day of the best days of my life!
