Good morning all , way too early Ktab. One of the many things i love about being sober is my early sunday mornings. A lovely one here in West Dublin and off to the Phoenix Park for the long run.

I was asleep by 10 last night.
Not sure where the tiredness is coming from but not going to fight it anymore & just SLEEP 'till it's gone :thumbs:

DD & mother dearest coming for Dinner today ...but that's not for ages.

Hallo Army and Frog and Damo

(Frog is here so often lately, should we have a uniform made for her?)

Time problem sorted , except there's a two-minute difference between lappy time and site time, but I ccan live with that. Lappy time fine, Tips.

Off to a friend - she's doing some inferior decorating, as another friend used to say. I'll stand around and give silly advice - she wants to "paint" hessian on to the wall in the twins' bedroom - I think it will look stuuuuuuunning. And she's promised me a proper Sunday lunch - I only get that when I'm at home and my mother cooks all our favourite dishes. If all the children, aannaaisels and grand children are home, it's a huge affair!

(aannaaisels - less than polite - but in our family a term of endearment - for in-laws)

Morning all, beautiful morning here too. Got to go shopping then take the hound for a bath, not much else planned so all in all a lazy day. Need to get that diet back on track as not lost anything this week (don't count 0.1 kg as a gain being a cheat) - not really surprising given the amount of rubbish I've eaten this week.
