    And you did it YOURSELF by embracing first all that rehab had to offer & then aftercare & AA -soaked up learnings from there. Brought it all back to help others in MWO.

        I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

        Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

              1089 days. Only 8 days til 3 years. Best days of my life. My emotional growth has been amazing. Alcohol stops you from growing as a person. It stopped me for over 10 years.

              I still am thankful everyday for this sober journey.
              AL free since March 17th 2011...loving this life. No drinking no matter what.

                40 days for me, thanks to everyone on here.
                A few nice cravings this weekend which will only make me stronger.
                I have accepted these could be around for a long time.
                But they are dragging me down and I am feeling good about being sober.
                Hope all are well.
