Good Morning Army people!
Here is Elsie (is that right?) Who the heck is Elsie?

I woke up way too early for a Sunday so I decided to whip up some fluffy, protein filled pancakes with berries topped with greek yoghurt and maple syrup-- skip the syrup if you're SF! For those of you not eating grains or gluten, I have a yummy omelette with roasted peppers, zucchini and a bit of feta--and I always have a shake ready, with almond milk, berries, banana, pea protein and cinnamon.

I don't know what you all like to eat in the mornings!

Dreamy, thanks for the coffee and the gorgeous view. Just what I needed-- here we have have strong, cold wind and rain. A snuggle up at home day.

Got the boys mixed up, Molly - meant the new-daddy-to-be (but at least I put Adam in the right family!). Erratic.
