Have Been Good, Have Been Bad!

Thank you all so much for your support I am over my "pity party" and ready to start again. I just get so fed up with myself because I can't get this right! My dad stopped drinking about 33 yrs ago and never had another drink again! Why can't I do that too!!!! I do appreciate all your support but feel I am letting not only myself down but other people as well! I dn't want newbies coming onto this site and seeing me still f*cking up, I don't want people discouraged because I can't get it right.
If you read between the lines, yes I am the eldest child and I was responsible for everybody elses behavour. And I carried the guilt of everybody in my family!
But today is a new day AND ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE:happy

Shas you naughty bad girl methinks you might need a big smack.... NOT!!!

We are always mucking about with our thinking and being self involved, I think that is the nature of the drink - we can tend to be very "me me me" and I know I feel the same way about things as you do.

I havent been tying one on for a while I switched to drinking rtd's and found that I am pretty ok with that - the minute I touch the wine I go ape-o and it really knows how to put me on the floor. I beat myself up about being a bad role model for my daughter and it worries me constantly but I cannot seem to stop being "me"!

So you arent alone even though that is small consolation, I think about you often and I am going to visit the boards more often too. Send me an email if u get time. Love Joolsxxx
