Army Thread Thursday 20th March
I did indeed piss off early, Dreamy. We're not planning much for the weekend - you're correct on the week away over the school holidays. I need to go and buy meat, though. Never buy there. Any plans on that side of the mountain?
The lasagne is of the regular variety, Elsie. Pasta, bolognese and bechamel sauce. I don't use pasta sheets, though - never got the hang of it.I'll do whatever it takes

I loved my library when I was growing up. Haven't been in one for years now.
Fourth day Molly, hence all the food. Thought I wouldn't walk around with a brass band this time, see how I get on quietly so shhh, don't tell anyone!

Sounds like good news, then Rox, if no alcoJoules? Brown rice on its own? Why are you punishing yourself like that?
No more roaming around then for you Molly - hope you get the loveliest library close to you. If not, tell the bosses I'll want to know why. And that I have PMS all-year round (not true, but they're not to know).
Linguini with brown mushrooms, baby tomatoes, cream and garlic in the mess, should you be interested. Garlic in vampire-repellent quantities, though - be warned.
What was the worst dish you ever cooked, Tips? :H:H14 October 2013 was the first day of the best days of my life!

Mmmmm, garlic........
No dreamy, I was just mentioning the carbs. I had chicken courgettes celery with fish sauce ginger and chilli finished with lime juice, and brown rice.
I like brown rice rather than white. Sell-by was well out though, but so what, the grains weren't moving in the bag so it was ok.
