Mmmmm, garlic........

No dreamy, I was just mentioning the carbs. I had chicken courgettes celery with fish sauce ginger and chilli finished with lime juice, and brown rice.

I like brown rice rather than white. Sell-by was well out though, but so what, the grains weren't moving in the bag so it was ok.

Evening all...............just taken half an hour to get on.:scratchinhead:

Had lunch out with my favourtist Aunt & cousin in the world doubled so Mr JC & the son and heir can get their own dinner.

Giganto burger with fries and salad and stuff...............nom, nom, nom.

Glad to hear the brown rice had some company, Rox.

They're grown-up enough to make a plan, JC.

Asked the lunch place today to skip the chicken burger bun - still had chips to dip into cheese/garlic sauce.

(Just remind me - do we sometimes talk about things other than food?)
