    Very, very late SHOUT OUT...........me and my duvet just could not part company this morning.

    Whether it's day one or day 1000 let's hear you SHOUT it LOUD and SHOUT it PROUD............why because we're worth it.

        54 days for me. Getting there, have the right mindset this time.
        Still get cravings but not getting the better of me.
        How i m doing it this time ?

        Reading on here everyday and posting occasionally.
        Eating well (mostly) need to start reducing sugar now.
        Exercising regularly (vital for me)
        Meditation and stretching most mornings (am going to try yoga soon also)
        Great support from my wife.
        I am very grateful for mwo and all of you.

        Have a great day all. Its a lovely one here in Dublin.

              Do like sober sundays - had one of "those" nights last night, and almost jumped out of bed to check if I had thrown the empties away (and to check how many there were) - but remembered that I don't have to do that anymore!
