just woke up and i am completely worn out, had a horrible night, sheets were soaked with sweat and kept on waking up but i think i am over the worst of it. i hope! my head is a hell of a lot clearer today.off to work in about an hour and it is going to be hard today. hope i can get a decent nights sleep tonight. thanks again for all the support it really does mean a lot.x

Good morning Lee,
This is fabulous you have done soooooooooo well. Your day will be exciting because your head works. I wish you all the best. Guess what, this minute I have hit the 36 hr mark. Last night was bad, so I hit the chat room for support. Guess what someone suggested to me - go have a Marguerita - a cyber Marguerita - what an unkind thing to say. I was so sad but came to a conclusion. This chat room had an aura of malice and if the printed word can have such a negative impact on me then how good should positive re-inforcement via hypno cd feel. I am so looking forward to the material. On another note. I went for a 1 hour walk along the lake this morning and saw a gaggle of Canada geese ignoring me and a wonderful blue Heron standing on a post perfectly motionless waiting for his pray. Lee its a glorious day without a headache. Love Lori.

Good morning all!! Glad you (lori and lj) are doing well (no matter the sex!

Melatonin DOES work have been taking for a really long time, but not nights I drink cuz I have read that is contra-indicatied (when I am doing mod), when abs, I do take it.

Glad you guys have a few days under your belts, today is day one back abs, but yesterday only had 6 over a 10 hr. period, which is a miracle for me!! I actually dumped ou the last one, cuz it was warm because it sat so long!! Topa is really a deterant from the guzzling that I used to do :happy

Just wanted to let you know you can do this, no matter which road you choose, still haven't made up my mind, and check into the abs and mod forums both as often as possible........would advise the same til you make up your mind....

AND, just started the CDs and love them (new additional addiction!! )

Dear Lori,
Tried to send you ezmail but couldn't do it. I was in chat room when that happened. I am very sorry I did not know you were going through a very serious & difficult few days. Believe me I know this for sure there was no malice in there.. it was a bunch of girls teasing each other. A while ago I figured out that those girls at that time of evening have known each other a very long time & often joke & tease each other. It is a release -- getting silly. I get into that mode with them. I don't go on chat much else.

Anyway, please accept my apology for participating or for not stopping it or for not being sensitive. I am positive that the others had no intention of being cold or malicious to you or anyone and in fact never do. They are all very loving & understanding & sufferred so like we all have. ~Chrysa

are they making you do overtime already? Was waiting how your second day at the job went. It's almost 5 pm here and am doing heavy doses of peppermint tea on the rocks (not bad, fresh from my garden).

never mind me, i think a big well done goes out to you!

you must be past the 40 hour mark now eh.keep taking the walks around the lake and doing things which you enjoy, it can only make you feel better methinks! regarding the comments which you took harshly, as someone said to me last week-"it is too easy to take things the wrong way when you're not talking face to face", and i agree so try not to take things personally and don't go leaving mwo!

not doing overtime yet, i work funny hours, 12 - 9 pm. just got home now. don't think i'll be sticking that job, its so boring.and very very hard work at the same time! strange no!

pays the rent though i suppose.p.s if you stick with the peppermint tea i'll stick with the orange! deal.

I know about boring jobs. Just think of it as a train. Sometimes you are the engine, sometimes the lori and sometimes you have to be the coal tender. You'll be running a train again in the future.
