I did a brief stint on Psych, and it was your mention of "hair yankers" and "tantrum throwers" that had me wondering...but really, that could be nearly any department in a hospital. :H

UNDIES COOKBOOK.


Talking of the cookbook, I have just started getting the second edition together. It will take me a little while to compile.

What I'll do this time is pop it somewhere wher you can all download it rather than go to officeworks..

Additional recipes welcome. With a picture if you can .
Oh, and any interesting cooking tips you may have.

I seem to have lost my computer copy of the first cookbook. Bugger.
Mr G., I'd like a contribution from you too, even if it is how to cook toast. :H

This recipe was in my original list. Who contributed and whatsit called?

making this currently raggsy it is a ripper.
slice 1 large leek, 2 sticks celery,4 cloves garlic.
saute in 1 tablespn olive oil.
add 1 heap teaspn cumin.
grate in 2 tblespoons fennel bulb.
add 8 large spuds, choppped, & a fair whack of chook stock, then 1 teaspoon chilli ( i use jar stuff).
roast half red capsi, remove skin, add to pot.
boil up until all tender & liquid reduced by half, then puree with about 125gm feta & a coupla spoons of cream.

delish!!!!

That was gorgeous tawny. Currently sitting in a cafe in Bunbury, sipping an iced coffee. Due to see my lovely counsellor at 1.45pm.
