I had a lovely yoga class today - felt very bendy. And then I got a text from the manager at work saying "I thought I forgot a function on Monday but it seems YOU forgot it"...W.T.F? It actually just washed off the proverbial ducks back as a) I'd just come out of a really groovy yoga class and b) I felt no responsibility at all. He's the manager, manage it f**k knuckle.

Damn. Not good news.
There's a small tear not worth worrying about at the moment as it is not the cause of the pain and immobility.
What is causing all the trouble is the frozen shoulder and the severe bruising of the sheathy, capsuly stuff.
Corrie and Bridge will have better knowledge.
May take up to 18 months to heal.
He has written me a certificate for Curves and the Olympic shooting complex saying unable to do anything for 6 months. Forgot to ask him for a cert for RFS.
He said not to book my ski lift pass for next year just yet.
Has referred me to a pain management doctor.
Rang and made an appointment for 15th. May.
Cost. $200. Now that's a real pain.

We are now thinking seriously about trading in my lovely yellow happy car for an automatic.


Mr Rags sent me an sms saying thankyou for lovely lunch and that he loves me.

So, after seeing the doc., I had a coffee and wrap and took in the views across the road......

Hello Kooka,
Vegemite and lettuce sandwiches cut diagonally into 4 with crust cut off.
One of my favourite lunches.
Today I had Sanitarium peanut butter with oakleaf lettuce on white wonder bread cut into 4 diagonally.
Forgot to cut the crustrs off.
Unfortunately you are right.
So many kids in Oz and elsewhere go without brekky, and have garbage for lunch.

Why do all the Undies seem to have idiots for bosses?
I think all you Undies should put in for promotion to your managers positions.
