Morning all,
Glad some of that pain has subsided at least Rags.
One thing i gotta say:
Good onya Raggsy.
Good onya Jonesy. Sounds a great plan and attitude to back it up.
Good onya Glassy. You will knock booze for a six and take your life back 100%.
Good onya Saucy. Great words.
As for me, rather than direct you to www.itreallyisALLaboutme.com i'll say it here. I feel absolutely amazeballs this morning at postcode bayside. Morevellous sleep and feeling relaxed, energised, and recharged. But if i didn't take steps to create this feeling, it would not have happened by itself.
For me, it is:
- Knocking booze on the head totally with a zero tolerance policy.
- Daily Morning guided meditation, including evenings from tonight.
- Putting the running shoes on EVERY morning and just heading out the door no matter what/who/weather.
- Taking affirmative action daily re-inventing myself and career which ruthlessly incorporates my passions.
- Eating well and cheaply.
I suspect these simple daily actions are why i feel so good.
