Yes, the trainers did care about the whales. Also, they were young and they didn't "get" how cruel the whole thing is until they matured a bit. Seaworld didn't care about the whales OR the trainers... otherwise they wouldn't have covered up the previous incidents where trainers were hurt and put them in harms way.

It's a well made doco... good find! What am I watching next?!

I haven't watched it yet, but I hear "20 Feet From Stardom" is a good documentary. Did you watch the one I mentioned last week called "A Necessary Death"?? That one was good, and I was shocked at the ending. And if you want some SERIOUS eye candy, check out The Tudors. I should have been listening to Mama all along...she was on to something with that one! LOL And yes, it's very JUICY!

Speaking of Mama...watch out, she's going all "Dexter" on us with the bleach and trash bags. When she buys a boat I will really start to worry....

Back really briefly. Mrs. Fen just now got home.
