Dottie, I "unfriended" a guy because I really think he was cheating somehow. Nobody does 25,000 steps...in one day...every day. I think he strapped the thing on his retriever or something and let it loose in a dog park for eight hours. Today is a slug day for me. I am not working out and I spent my day wrangling a senior into and out of my fennel-mobile to get to her eye exam. I did rake the back yard, however.

Kradle, I feel for the twins....math is NOT my first language! Mrs. Fen is a former "mathlete". I am so envious of her, sometimes.

Awesome about the yoga mat and stability ball. I have both of those items up here in my living room and I rarely touch them. :H Yoga really is a fantastic way to strengthen your core muscles, though...plus it feels awesome after.

Fenny - Yes Breaking Bad is another series. It's about a chemistry teacher that gets into cooking meth...You HAVE to watch The Tudors!!! It's so scandalous!

So I passed my lie-detector test! Fooled 'em! LOL Next...a psychiatric evaluation, then a physical, then an interview with the Chief...and then MAYBE they will offer me the damn job!! I'm worn out and I haven't even started yet!!!

I saw some documentary where they were doing naked yoga. It was disgusting. Keep in mind these were your ordinary/average people. I saw way too many hairy backs and saggie boobies. LOL

OMG Fenny....Papa and I would probably get "locked" into some kind of weird position and you would have to spray the hose on us.....
come to think of it....he has a lot more back pain than I do, but I am afraid I would die from laughing trying to watch him stretch
he is a former college football player (Florida State, thankyouverymuch) and is so tight muscle-wise
good for raking the yard. I just up a pile of dessicated dog poo that 5 people called to fuss about being on the sidewalk, but no one could bother to pick it up their damn selves!!!
I should get 10,000 steps just for that!!

I find the weirdest crap Mama! For some reason I am drawn to the oddball shit. That's why I'm trying so hard to get over with the Po' Po'...so I can have even more crazy stories, and do some inmate searches. LOL

The weirdest stuff is in documentaries. The truth is scarier than fiction!

So my current picture is an example of the only way I can take a picture of the dog Forrest. He will not let me take his picture, so I have to pretend I'm doing something else and make sure he's in the background. LOL Poor guy, he's scared of his own shadow!!

Our new rescue is scared of most everything...poor baby....hoarder had him and he had no life but is slowly getting used to our crazy gang..the youngest is trying to get him to play but not sure he understands just yet....he will get there.

I have a compelling "visual".

Amazingly, I received an email reaming me on my lack of documentation the day I spent walking seven miles with the dementia patient. I sent a politely scathing email back to the perp, informing her of my many duties and lack of breaks that day.

Going to go look up some "Breaking Bad".

Great Yoga discussion gals! Big five sale really paid off! Don't think I'll be going naked though as my great room is like one gigantic window....that and saggy boobies...
