One Step at a Time - April 2014
Hi Zen -I am still not sure how all of this is connected and interconnected in MWO. Nevertheless, I am trying to get folks to post at least one thought of gratitude so that I might compile a complete list. The link to the thread is:
https://www.mywayout.org/community/f9...ist-91732.html
Dream posted on the Army thread and I think that helped spread the word.
If any you folks have a chance to post a thought, I would be Grateful.

Hi Spiritwolf... I'll have a look at the thread. I haven't looked at anything on MWO today apart from this thread so it's probably a good idea that you go to the regular "daily posting" threads as I think some of us tend to stay within our own group sometimes.
Will go check it out now...)

I cant step away without having to go back a page or 2...
dh is better and I am relieved. No clue what was wrong with him this morning. I have to make sure he eats enough...he is not diabetic but gets hypoglycemic sometimes. That is my best guess for now.
Mindless TV tonight and I guess we stay in tomorrow unless we recover by the morning. I still haven't finished my paperwork. Forms I have to fill out by mid May. Why I procrastinate I don't know.

I'm here, I'm here!! I went and got the white covered up and a trim. ROTFL Pretty bad when the hairdresser turns to another client and said look - her hair is whiter than yours. LMAO :H L laughed & laughed. We all did. It was fun...."Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.".....Carol Burnett

K9...you made me laugh so hard when you said you were surprised the PD didn't call your mom's ob/gyn and ask how you were when you were a fetus.:H That day, I needed a good, deep belly laugh...you know the kind where your sides hurt. Thank you for giving me one.
After that, I thought, Hmmm....what WOULD be the answer to the probing fetus question? Answer: "Well, as a fetus, she was curled up in a ball a lot, called the fetal position, and she sucked her thumb a lot. Also, when she was hungry, she would kick her mother in the stomach. Other than that, she was ok." (Insert picture of the cop here, writing on a little notepad..."thumb sucking....sign of immaturity. Kicked mother: anger issues. Need to investigate further.":H
I hope all the Steppers step out for some fresh air today. We are supposed to see the sun here in Wisconsin."Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.".....Carol Burnett

Hi Nora!!!
Crackers in bed... THE worst for crumbs! I've just had some of that effin white chocolate... gah! I really need to throw it out but can't bear to part with it!
Pesky roots Nora! He made mine a darker red this time... the roots will show sooner I guess. I wonder is it ever possible to get exactly what you want when you go to the salon?

Oh my gosh Zen....
When I was young :H (teenage/twenties), I was strawberry blonde. Now that I look back, it was a pretty color. Then, in my late twenties, I started going lighter & lighter. By my 40's, I had white hair. We could kid ourselves that it was blonde. But, it was white. :upset: :H (It runs in family and now my nieces & nephew are dealing with it. :new:
So, here I am. A white haired lady, dying it blonde (because when we tried to add red (strawberry blonde) I turned ORANGE) :H"Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.".....Carol Burnett
