Jackie:l How are you doing today? I didn't get a chance to post about your gran's funeral arrangements or her apartment clean out. I'm sure the nearby charities would love to receive her vintage treasures. I'm sure your hair looks lovely. Loved the pic of the new mouse for women, too!:H

Ok, Molly, Satz....I have a question for you....what do you mean when you call people "Elsie?" Please explain this phenomenon to this State of Wisconsin Cheesehead (today, it's Swiss cheese!:H )

Molly-I feel so badly for you that you have regrets about drinking while your Mom was sick and you were caring for her...and then her passing....you used alcohol as a coping mechanism. I'm sure it made sense to you at the time, but I get how you feel. When my dad died, and I was helping my mom move into her new condominium, I was absolutely blitzed on Rumpleminze of all things. The week after the move, I got all these lovely cards from family members saying how "amazing I had been in the move....organizing, arranging, and then running out and getting submarine sandwiches to feed the hungry bunch of movers," and I'm thinking, "what sandwiches? I don't remember getting anyone sandwiches!"ops!::huh:

Ok, still with my client. Back to work. Hope everyone here is doing well. :-)

And Granny update.

We've got a homeless charity coming for all her stuff Wednesday...........apart from her nick-nacks and framed photos.

It'll be used for those that eventually get off the streets or out of hostels into their own places.

We used to as kids & young adults give my Dad a hard time for the same malarky
He's scoot us away with a calm "I'm just resting the inside of my eyes " :H

All the talk of old folk brought that memory back -nice !
