Byrdie, thanks for giving me the name of the billing company, but they have no record of the transaction. However my checking account shows a draft in the amount of $29.85, and I also have a receipt. I sent an email to MWO (no one seems to pick up the phone), but if I don't hear from them by the end of business today, I am going to report this transaction as fraudulent and will just continue to use the site as a free user. I tried to step up to the plate and support this community, but I smell a real rat.

I don't think there is anything amiss. I think it is an outdated, clunky system. I just copied you on a PM to RJ. I think she needs to post instructions that are clear and that WORK!

Alky -this time last year, I tried to join as well. And, well, my credit card was double billed and I still did not get into the pd subscriber area. And I really could not figure out who to contact to help me.

I'd like to add here that I contacted Admin around March/April time about an account change so I could post and continue to be active NO ONE got back to me. I then had trouble with the sign-up procedure and NO ONE got back to me.

You almost lost a member.

If you want people to sign-up and stay members you'll need to look after them.
