I know, I know, Rox....can't leave this thread. I'm so afraid I'm going to miss something important.

Satz.....OOOHHH....a ball! How fun! Are you going to wear the gold lamee (sp?) sequined dress with the plunging neckline, or go vamp/tramp in a short, little black dress with patent leather spikes? Do you have a HB/Partner to go with?

Green curry a la roxy

1 jar of green curry paste from sainsbury (or was it tesco)
I can coconut milk
Green beans
Diced chicken
Fish sauce to taste
Lime juice to finish
Coriander leaves.

Don't ask for quantities
Stick them in a pan in that order (except the beans and chicken)


Serve with rice. Brown in my case ( use by 2012, it didn't kill me last time).

Sound delicious Mmmm. My dinner is fish, spuds, cauliflower and broccoli.

Run never happened after all Molly, as I had to go to see my GP followed by sorting out the water board who are digging up my front drive.

Hi Waggy, nearly didn't recognise you with the new hair do!

Satz, it's still ages to Saturday - get into panic stations mode and show up!!! (And it's for a good cause.)

Sometimes I really really really want a man around the house - just killed a ginormous spider - looks like a baboon spider, just leaner and less hairy. Yes, I know they're mostly harmless and eat insects blah blah blah but I would never be able to sleep knowing it was patrolling the house. Prolly going to dream of creepy things all night, wake the neighbours with my screaming.

Arghh at spiders!

When I was in aus there was a huntsman s spider doing the rounds went I got up to go to the bathroom, it was just by mums door so I got the long dusting pole and poked it in there :H
Rather her room than mine, she had her dog with her, and she's used to them and not fussed.
