Love the bendy spoons and forks, Rox.

Have been thinking about post-anything ciggy - no way am I going to give up coffee or food, but that's when the cravings always used to hit hardest. And sitting at lappy - megabadcravings expected. Ah well, as I said, dose of own medicine.
