satz, he did a series a while back with youngsters with attitude. showing them a chance to have a profession in the restaurant trade.

apart from being fascinating; the changes (or not) of the teenagers, the skill involved and the opportunities he gave them, he was amazing in how he was with them. showed his character as a real mentor.

its not all about looks :H but hes not ugly either.
