Just read back all of yesterday's posts. I feel so proud!:thanks:

Lunch ended up at the Berkeley .Marcus wareing who is also fab cooked and even made me a special cake. Came out specially to congratulate me on beating his former boss (roux)
and wanted a photograph of us together with my medal. Sent a picture to Molly as proof!!

Asparagus with soft boiled egg on a bed of watercress and aioli crisps
Pork belly with tiny posh potatoes various tiny veg.
Loads of different breads
Plus the celebratory chocolate cake!
Mm . We then headed off to the British museum and exhaustion
