all i have here is generic takeaways. not a bad thing i suppose as im not tempted. im not a big junk food eater anyway. but sometimes.............

adding to my general howl at the moon (when it arrives) status, im trying to sort out my iphone update so i can download podcasts and itunes is not playing ball.

technology is great when it works smoothly, but when it doesnt and youre not savvy.........
