Did I tell you that we have a new cat? She arrived yesterday afternoon. My SIL has sold her house now that the two kids are both at Uni. She's moving into a smaller place closer to her place of work for the time being, with the intent of moving down here in a year or two.

The youngest cub has volunteered for "integration duty" - the new arrival is being kept in her room until we start introducing her to the other 4 and Jasmine.

Morning Rusty, Dreamy and Mr Tipps, think the sleep fairy has got a bit confused with the days, I woke earlier than usual when I have no need at all to be awake and on the move. Hope the cat settles in with the others.

Not been around much lately so off for a read. Trying to make a serious effort to get my life organised over this long weekend as I seem to be lurching from one crisis to the next and for no good reason,

Morning Rusty, Tips, Spidey and Army!



Tips, a new cat sounds wonderful, but I would hate to part with her after a year. Enjoy her while you have her. Seems all of our body clocks need some sort of recalibration.

Spidey, hope you get everything sorted out; crisis management saps my energy levels, and I guess yours too.

A beautiful day here - going up the mountain that I can see from my kit hen window later this morning!
