Some of us go to extraordinary lengths for our "children". I had a cat that was diagnosed at age 13 w/diabetes. I had to give her two shots a day every day, and make very special arrangements when going on vacation. I took her to the ER, still on a couple of occasions....and sad to say, one time I was drunk out of my head and still drove.
But i can't imagine living w/o my babies. Junior passed at age 17, not bad, eh?
Now I have three cats and a dog and my husband (crazy man) wants another dog.
Probably will get one.....LOL
I concur, get another vet hon. If for no reason I wouldn't like him telling u to be prepared....each time u see him. That would "tick" me off. Sorry, couldn't resist.:H
