    Army thread Monday 21 April

Good morning to everybody in the barracks!

Coffee to get you up and awake?

No sign of the usual Easter weekend rain, so hopefully a lovely sunny public holiday here.

    Have a great day all!

    Good morning Dreamy

Thanks for the thread start and coffee.

You weren't in bed for long last night. Is your internal alarm clock playing silly beggers?

Hope you have a lovely day whatever your plans may be xx

Off to workies for me- don't mind so much as there are less folk about and we get peace to do our jobs.

        :waving: Sweetiepeapie and Molly!

Have a good day in the salt mines, Sweets! Slept right through, woke up as it was getting light, so no complaints here! Had a couple of late nights, but bright and breezy this morning.

Molly, glad to hear you sounding so much happier. I know we all try to not let ourselves be influenced by things we can't control or change, but when those things involve the people we love it's so difficult to stand back and just be spectators. Stick your hand in the hug jar and help yourself. Still on the bloody ciggies - join you again tomorrow, if that's ok with you? I was so chuffed to see your new sig line! Was it Damo who said getting off the booze was a lot easier than ciggies? Hah! I should change my name here to Serial Quitter, I think.

I've a lovely day waiting for me (bar some extremely necessary cleaning) - the same to all of you!

Molly, but then, you kept off the booze and the ciggies while ducking shite: you can certainly run without crutches for the rest of your life.

Funny, but a good pity party seems to do me good - I feel extremely sorry for myself, and then start counting all the blessings. I know it's not quite the recommended thing to do here, but I do watch where they go, and it seems they smooth the road quite far ahead.

Have to play housey-housey for a while, but then it's fun fun fun waiting for me. Nothing to eat in the house, so will have to brave the shops as well - should do it now (or as soon as I'm out of the non-spotty gown anyway) and get some brekky in me.

Good morning Dreamy, Molls and PeaPod

Cheeses! I feel like a teenager again. But only because I managed to sleep until 9.

Looks like a lovely day here. Hope Mrs. T doesn't have to work again - she was behind the lappie for a good few hours yesterday. She has two really big meetings coming up this week.

              Now for a second coffee.
              I'll do whatever it takes

i'll have a mug of tea if you dont mind dreamy, though i should have left the bag in for longer.

and ,no, they are not my cigs.

been having a pity party myself this weekend. but i have to say, ive been doing an awful lot of navel gazing that has been very useful. i hope.

respect to you molly for keeping on keeping on. and dreamy, smack your bum! did the cravings become overwhelming? or did you just find yourself lighting up?

Don't tell NoSugar from my terrible fall from grace last night with the lapin en chocolat :egad:
                    T'wasn't even that nice :upset:
I realised I actually have will power of steel - I managed to sit through a fest of easter eggs, beer wine and desserts yesterday and did not crack.
Leave me on my own at home ----- & the bunny - the only chocolate in my house ------ went for a 'hop' excuse the pun :H

Reminds me of my MO while drinking :egad:

Love it when you speak understandable (or at least deducible) Oirish, Molly - didn't even have to ask Google what you were going to do.

That tea looks very week, Rox! Smacked me own bum already, several times. Worst reason in the book - boredom. And Fukkititis. Need those pills of yours.

Tips, get Mrs T to do something nice before she starts on this homework. Sleep Fairy seems to have been on duty in the barracks for a change - good!

Bonjour Satz! Ca va? Sorry, no idea how to do a cedille.

It was only one bunny, Satz, not a colony...
