      Hi Buster

Molly it's balmy here, yesterday was very windy and cold. Today is good.
I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

Bit of a warning you two.

We were talking about Ireland again yesterday. I've never been but MR Y has, one of his brothers lived there, and way back when his family were orginally from Ireland.

I've never been but he keeps saying he's going to take me there................and that I'll really like it.

              Hi all,
Hope u are enjoying the bh.
Had a nice day in howth , sitting out in the garden now with the crappiest craving.
My sister is taking my son for a few days now (her son and mine are great pals aswell as cousins).
And i know if i said to the missus , i fancy a beer , it wouldnt bother her .
Part of her would probably be glad, a nice evening for a beer and all that.
You see , i havent really upset her or anyone else that matters much while drinking.
              Only myself.
Anyway, i m on my phone here and its just a quick dip in here as my sis is on way.
The last page on the toolbox has just really helped me.
I WONT DRINK today, i promise myself.

Just a fuckin shit craving out of nowhere.

Thanks for listening, i d be lost, and drinking only for here.

good for you to do that damo.

one drink wouldnt be enough, so whats the point? you know it would lead to more.

                hope the craving has passed.

                          Army thread Monday 21 April

Thank you all for kind words and support.
Am going to just ride this one out, maybe a short run and a few bits to do around the house will see me through. And remembering "this too will pass".
A lovely slice of cake has also eased the temptations :-) .

I regularly get niggly cravings which are not too bad, but some can be really tough.
I think its just the situations rather than a physical craving. Nice weather, free time, a little bored etc.
Am finding social media, facebook especially can bring some on.
Friends taking pics of their bloody beers for god sake !!!
Have suggested cinema for later, so maybe a movie also.

                          Thanks again for listening.
Really well done Anon on your London Marathon.
I am doing Limerick in 2 weeks and see you in Dublin without doubt.

                          Best to everyone

I was a bit like that too myself today in the garden - old habits and all that.
