Well here's another post, full-on day again. Work until 12.30 then out for lunch with himself and a bit of shopping. Got some ace clothes for gym for Primark, was told that their gym stuff is good and certainly seems to be. The Sainsbury's joggers kept falling down on Friday night for God's sake!!! I haven't lost that much weight after only 5 classes.

Dinner should be OK, cooked by Messrs Marks & Spencer, can't do everything - well that's my excuse.

Heavy date with the sofa this evening before a long soak.

I've been called for a mammogram on Monday. Have a history of cysts that have been drained and then pushed into mammo room where I have resolutely said no.
Tutting away they would then sonograph them.

I have very big glands, if that's what you call it. There is no way they can squish them thin enough to see anything and would be painful for no reason.
But
They are now less dense. But still not squishy. Don't know what to do.

Any thoughts?
