Yup, that's it. I akshully know what's wrong with me but figured I'll give the shrink a go. Thank fusk she wasn't 25 with a cute little pony tail. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Well, you are married aren't you!! Mr cakes & I have a 'standing bet' every time Australia play NZ in the rugby. Did you know that Australia hasn't beaten NZ in 12yrs?
Frog I'm glad you're seeing the shrink, I'm thinking I might give one a go (again)...only had 3 sessions & I can now talk about some traumatic stuff without crying & hyperventilating.

Watching Star Wars on the new tv....Not a fan (of the movie) ah little boy blessings :l

Re grieving. Yep, it's a process. And an individual and special one.

For me, and in my experience, we can't rush it. I think we need to go through it and feel it in our own way. It's personal and special. Hard and bloody bewildering is how i've found it. But if we can come out the other side in, our own time, with the ability to reflect, and enjoy the history created with a big smile, and remember that this person's memory and deeds live on forever, well i reckon that is priceless.
