I'm really good thanks Satz. Got the all clear on surgery this week so been a lot relieved. Now to get my mind set for sorting my chemo next week.

Way too cold to do the nudie run this morning. Loads of rain overnight but not a whiff of petrichor. ***sob***

Time to clear out the wardrobe. If I haven't worn it in the last five years it goes, right?

I like going through the wardrobe and finding hidden gems from times past Ms Frog.

A day full of boring pragmatism here today. So I will have to find ways to make the boring interesting.....perhaps a trip through town via the medium of interpretive dance? How shall I express the angst of bad coffee at the medical centre? Handwringing? Chest clutching? They may hail an ambulance.

Good morning Undies!

Got up early this morning ?.. did the house work, two loads of washing, and put on the slow cooker so that I could spend the day out and about at baby shower and running a few other errands. There is outage on the train line to where I was going, so I booked a GoGet share car ?.. went down to pick it up at 11 and it wasn't there Went back home to check and realized I hadn't confirmed the booking, and someone else had got in in the mean time. And all the other 5 cars that are close were booked out too!! So I have an unexpected afternoon at home! Not too upset - I hate driving in Sydney traffic, and I can have a wee snooze in the sun and finish my book!!

Oh, and I cleaned out my summer things from my wardrobe and got out some of the winter things this morning. Saved a couple of summer things as I have a 2-day trip to Darwin coming up in a couple of weeks!! It isn't even my project, but the person doing it hates flying as it makes her sick. She can manage 1 hour flights but anything more than that is a real problem for her. So I volunteered to go for her and it was gratefully accepted ?? and I get the bonus of going to Darwin!!!

Tawny - I've been working with lots of Drs and psychiatrists since I've been in this job. I actually have a lot of time for them, but if I've had one thing confirmed for me it is that there is a lot of stuff about the human body and how it works that is science, and there is a lot that is either inexplicable or that our science isn't far enough advanced enough to be able to understand. I continue to rely on my instincts when it comes to my body (although I'm not very good at following up what my instincts tell me :upset

Corrie - when do we get a picture of Noodle??? Hope you have a nice lunch with your dad :l
Happy - it seemed very quick between your diagnosis and surgery? Did you go private?? LOved the text to your boss :H:H

Just want to say that the Frog has been key in my ability to stay (sober) me. Do I expect that to sustain me. No. I had a course of teasing and jovial fun. The injury database that Jones has is what I need scrubbed. I feel nothing less than blessed to have you ALL in my life. I've met one-on-one with several of you. I'm a MUCH better person for that experience. I have listened to beautiful music some of you have created. I have also made some of the recipes you have suggested, but I just wanted to take a moment and thank you all for having such an impact on another member.
