        Happy Whaea Day!

        I inherited some kiddos years ago who are all grown up now. I got a lovely prezzie in the mail with a card which said "Thank you for all the fun, amazing, wonderful, interesting times you helped create for us".

        Made my cry, it did.

              My kids are up to something but I don't know what. G1 (who's away from home for a party weekend somewhere in NSW) rang to say HMD and said he couldn't talk for long but he'd catch up with me later tonight when I'm with G2.

              And then G2 rang and asked whether I'd spoken to G1 and surreptitiously tried to ask whether he'd said anything. (Unfortunately he inherited his ineptitude at sneakiness from me!)

              So I'm thinking maybe they're organising a skype sesh or something? Oh well. I'm sure I'll know soon enough!

                    Brilliant Ficks! keep ticking off those days. Did you hear from your daughter today?

                    Sites running slow for me tonight. I had a lovely day. Brekky in bed, bit of gardening, lunch out, two hour restorative yoga then out for a chai with the Lamp. Back home to watch MC and eat the last bit of my raw dessert. It was good. Day and the dessert

                    Happy Mother's Day to all mums and carers. Pretty special lot.

                              Good morning Undies,
                              Been off air a few days and have to catch up this evening reading back.
                              Am going up to Qld Thursday (as soon as I walk out of the doctor's surgery) to pick up the car.
                              Will be staying at a hotel at southbank on Friday night. Anyone want to join me for dinner at the Jetty? Looked at the menu and looks like terrific food.
                              Will most likely drive back to NSW Sat/Sunday.
                              Have to get the 8:27am train to Sydney. So, oo roo till this evening.

                              Hah! Some people can't even cook an egg!

                                Morning Undies, safe travels Raggsie.
                                Well my sister turned up at Mum & Dads yesty - most excellent. Haven't seen her in well over a year...more like 2 so was so good to see her. Everyone was well behaved and had a nice time.
                                I'm off to the gym.
