Off to the gym then laundry. Going to rain today so I got the garden in just in time. I want to get some flowers for the pots I put out front. Love this time of year, minus the pollen but otherwise beautiful.

Hello my dear ones!!!

Mama - To answer your question, belatedly, my mom is having surgery on Thursday. I am going with them, my boss already said OK even though I was out last week. Anyways, they will remove the small lump, then she will do chemo once a week, 12 times...and HOPEFULLY that's it. My aunt is having a complete hysterectomy on Wednesday and they think that will solve her problem too....so my sis and I will be busy with the "girls" the next few weeks, making dinners and checking on them. Let's all keep everything crossed.

So I just talked to my friend in HR, she told me if they are sending a report to the Chief, that means they are going to make me a job offer, and after I accept, that's when I'll do the psyche evaluation. Maybe this week sometime????

I missed you all last week! Never thought I'd say this, but I am darn tired of laying around.

Gym was short today. Yesterday while we were working in the garden dh hurt his finger. So it swelled up and we went to the doc. Index finger is sprained and has a splint on it..always something.
I can do the mulch in the front yard myself but help is always nice.
Off to make us lunch.

I am proud to report that Project Catastrophe Closet is complete. I have about 10 bags of stuff to take to Goodwill. What a nightmare!

Mama, glad your closet is complete. Maybe that fiasco was a good thing, in a way. I have a rule- if I haven't worn something in a year, it goes. Unless it's a collector's item, like my Georgia O'Keefe "She's 'o.k.'" tee shirt. :H
