I'm in bed now, finally, with an effing toothache. The tooth trouble that just.will.not.quit. I'm on antibiotics for two teeth and I go back to the endodontist Friday. What kind of freaking job title is "endodontist"? Say that six times fast with wonky teeth!

p.s. Ginger (I'm doing well with the p.s.'s today)... do you like the shows in Vegas? I'm not a big gambler (although I did have a good roll on the craps tables when I was a hellraiser)... but I really enjoy the shows in Vegas. The Cirque du Soliel ones are my faves. I haven't been there in years and next time I go I'm going to go see Pauly too!

Zen, Honestly.... we've never taken in a show yet. LOL We've been staying at Lake Mead for the last 5 years and we've only been into Vegas a couple of times, mostly to hit Trader Joe's or Sprouts. I'm a Vegan so I love those two stores. Where we live there is nothing! We love the hiking in that area and getting out of the sub-zero winter weather!

LOL... reading back now and Nora you're as much of a gambler as me! I had great rolls on the craps table but I would never bet on myself. I actually had a 45 min roll at the frikken Bellagio once. :wow: But I think gambling is totally stupid.

We have a Trader Joe's opening beside us and I can't wait. What is Sprouts though? Never heard of that one.

Zen, Sprounts is a grocery store a lot like Trader Joe's but bigger. It's smaller than Whole Foods though. I've only found them when I've traveled around the southwest. We don't have them in my home state either. Good for you on the Vegan thing. I say any little bit help!

K9, I watched "the Eagle" on Netflix last night . It was a great movie.
Zenny.... Look up Chromecast. I love it. My cell phone is my remote and I can stream Netflix on my big screen tv..... It rocks. $ 35 at Walmart.

Pauly - Dont you DARE go anywhere girlfriend...we need you here. I look forward to hearing from you daily, so don't give up on us ok??? Sometimes this thread gets quiet....I guess we all have jobs to do...and the nerve of these people expecting us to do them. LOL
And I second what Mama said, we ALL meet in Vegas one day....that town won't know what hit it!

Mama - I will check out The Eagle tonight. Last night I watched "Lucy"...a movie about who else, Lucille Ball. It was good. Did you ever watch Arrested Development? It's hilarious in a dry kind of way, kind of like The Office.

Nora - Hope your headache went away! I hate those, and I get them A LOT. Getting old is fun eh? lol

Sierra has been going to rehearsals every night, there is some sort of comedy show they are putting on and she claims they are NOWHERE near ready, so we will see how this turns out. 3 of her cousins are in it as well, but we are not inviting my parents...there are some skits that probably wouldn't go over too well with the old folks, they wouldn't get them anyway. LOL Then she leaves on Saturday for TWO WEEKS :upset: I feel like I never see her anyway, but I like knowing she's in the next room at least!

STILL waiting on the Chief to set up an interview. I will be 90 years old before this gets done.

HI all,
Slept in and feel groggy. Icky humid and going to be hot. Not liking this at all. I need to either turn on the AC or go buy another fan. Too darn early for this..bleh AND boohiss....
Laundry today and maybe pull a few weeds later in the day.
K9 hope u get some info soon on the job...what a pain the waiting is....
