No meeting tonight. I was getting ready to leave when my best friend called, she is the committee chair, and said she was taking her dad to the hospital. So I emailed the folks and cancelled the meeting then went to pick up her husband. We met her at the hospital. Her dad is OK for now but he is 88. They will run tests tomorrow. He is such a good man. Will be praying for him tonight.
Gym tomorrow then taking dh to a chiropractor for his back spasms. Is this what we have to look forward to?????

Dottie.... NO!! We are going to get healthy, eat riqht, exercise, do yoga, stop drinking and live forever!! Okay just took that too far. Whoops!

I have a neighbor across the street that is 92 and still going strong. His advice..... Don't ever stop moving. LOL

Mama... I Googled the "Chromecast thingy". Neat! So I told Jim about it as he is having to re-do Wi-Fi after the girlfriend moving out (mothballs work I guess) taking the router with her. OMG... I shouldn't, but.... :H He said to tell you "thanks"...

My toofers have stopped throbbing temporarily so I have a little bit of hope that the anitbiotics will work. If they work I will need to re-do two root canals. If they don't work I'm really screwed and will need oral surgery. :upset: So two re-do's on root canals are the upside. Fingers crossed!

Thanks again Ginger... I didn't unplug the TV for long enough obviously. Very glad I didn't have to call their 1-800 number... that ranks up there with the root canals!

I'm doing a bit of a rescue on a cat tomorrow... he's been neglected. I'm taking him to the vet and I'm hoping he's going to be in a good position with a home after that... he should be, fingers crossed. He's a wee darling but looks terrible, I think he has mange. I can't have him here because of my other two and he needs to be on a treatment plan for him to get taken in.

Going to check out Netflix and hopefully fall asleep to it!

I've been working on a problem with my Norton antivirus... think I've got it sorted. Have to do some ironing (gah!) and then take that kitty to the vet at 12.30 so better hop to it.

Zen I have a toofer that give me fits every once in a while and it has had a root canal and crown. I researched whether a second root canal would possibly help and what I read was that it is not successful most of the time so I didn't do it. Just making it limp along with antibiotics until I just have the dam think puled. It is a back tooth so wont miss it...hate the thought of root canal...bleh.
Off to the gym without dh. His back is spazing. We go to the chiro later today so maybe he can do something if not we will find another doc. Thanks goodness for insurance!!

just lost a long and brilliant post.....damn it
Hubs and I are going to a Cher concert tonight!! She is 67 and still touring....can you believe it?
After yesterday, I am chilling in my office with favorite music....
I think I am a bit depressed, tbh. Functional, but depressed. A lot has happened these past few months...Pop, Bri drama, resident drama, kid drama....just in a wee funk, but nothing to worry about.
YAY Niner!! Your boss prolly annoys you even more now that you know you may be leaving.
and congrats Ginger.....10 days is awesome!!
