Ok...so irritation of the day is this: Sierra and her Nana are leaving tonight to fly to Missouri to see her one cousin on that side of the family graduate. I was under the impression that her father would be driving them to the airport...but NOOOOOO...my 16 year old is navigating Los Angeles traffic with Nana as co-pilot...and Nana could get lost in a freakin' bathtub. What I want to know is WHY and WHEN did these plans change and nobody bothered to tell ME? I guess I am ONLY her mother! Had I known, I would have taken the day off and driven them myself. Arrrrgggggggggg. But how selfish, he can't drive his daughter and his mother to the damn airport?? :stomper:

Forgot to mention that I am having a stress test tomorrow. Echo type. I want to be sure that my blood clot thingy last year didnt damage my heart. I sort of suggested this to the cardiologist and of course it was then his idea.....dont care just want it done...

I made an onion, garlic, ginger, tofu, carrot, brussell's sprout, oyster mushroom, bok choy stir fry over basmati rice. I made a nice peanut sauce to go with it. Chez Fennel is open for business!

Here we go again....my internet connection has suddenly slowed down to a halt. I've been researching what company I am going to switch to - Time Warner instead of Verizon. Does anybody have any information?

I can hardly get on & go from screen to screen. We all are having this issue. Casey said it started a couple days before I got home. I reset the modem/router. No improvement.....ran a speed test which was ridiculous but then waited online J(Verizon customer support) for a long time and gave up.

Mr. Call Me Names just arrived with a vase full of flowers and a tissue box holder to replace the one he BROKE last night while he was flinging things. I haven't even bothered opening the tissue box thing, and stuck the flowers off to one side. Eff that shit too! He's going to house-sit a friend's house from Wednesday to next Monday... this is a really good thing. He's in the back bedroom, still sans house key, don't think I'll give him one till next Monday. REALLY proud of me now Fenny... eh?!!!

I agree with everyone... and I'm backing it up this time. I'm truly fed up now.

I love morels Fenny. The ramp looks like spring onions. Dinner sounded yummy. My next new thing is going to be a tofu scramble.

Good luck with the stress test Dotts. That's a lot to board 4 doggies. Can you take them with you in the RV?

Nora... can you schedule a house call from your internet company? The Comcast box for my hood is in my side yard... that darn thing is always needing looked at.

Nora we have Time Warner cable and they are pretty darn good but rumor has it they they have been bought and will be split up. I hate to think about my email address and what changing that will mean...
Zen our RV is the size of a FedX delivery van...too small for 4 dogs even if they are small dogs..bed is not large enough for us all to fit too. I had hoped to have a peaceful dog free trip but we will re-group and figure something out. Dh does not seem upset about not going.. The July trip is more important to him. His son is retiring from the air force. Although they have NEVER been to visit us....that is a whole other story...

Yes Zen it is he....dh has one son and one daughter. They were both adults when we got married so not sure what their issues are. But they are their issues not mine...just ticks me off at times..
