She's 10ish we got her 8 years ago this week on May 6th (she's a rescue)..............so she's like the Queen and that's her official birthday

OK. I've had a look. Can't say I entirely agree. I haven't considered drinking again, but in my case, with baclofen in the picture, I'm not so sure it would be as you describe, Molls. If I were to go off it and start again, then yes - probably valid.
