I haven't thought about "forever" yet. But I think about it in the same way as a diabetic who needs to take tablets every day. Or someone with hypertension. There is no normal stabilizing dose, though. There's no precise science yet. I simply feel indifferent to AL - I don't need to agonise about the whys and wherefores. And it has taken my anxiety away.
