was going to post this on Shout Out but that's just rude to the lovely JC:l :
But :
Not going to count days for a while ..... same as I don't count last cigarette I smoked or battered sausage I ate.
This is me only : It makes me feel I'm waiting to get to a number & then I'm done & I can re-set the timer
:no: my aim now is to change how I'm perceived by family & friends going forward.
Don't get me wrong I'm very proud of myself but fact is:
I DON'T SMOKE ANY MORE
I DON'T DRINK ANY MORE
I DON'T EAT BATTERED SAUSAGES ANY MORE (only when drunk)
Sex ? I have a good memory fortunately :H
