U, the Shouty thread was one of those inspirational ones for me - the 100 Dayers was another - but I felt that I had so few days, it would be ridiculous to post them. Seems many Newbies and Roll Callers also "avoid" it, probably for the same reason, but we do need a thread like that. JC, no way that you can stop doing it.

Thanks for the shout outs.
Did a personal best today, 3hrs 38 mins.
Nicely proud I am . I thought I might do well , but did nt think i d get under 3hr40.
But i ve trained hard , been eaten well , and NO BOOZE !!!
And no intentions of touching a drop either.

Btw, i really look forward to the Sunday shout out , and I ll be over 100 days next week :-) .
5 yrs JC , sweet jesus , thats amazing.

Hope you all are in a good place and enjoy the rest of the weekend , its a long one here :-)

Enjoy that steak, Damo - you've certainly earned it!

Lovely supper here: pasta with courgettes - couldn't be easier: slice courgettes into rounds, fry in olive oil till brown while pasta is cooking, add S&P. You could tart it up if you want, but I really enjoy the pure taste of just the courgettes.

Puppy still without a name, but really well-behaved.

Yep, its only half a day...............but I can go out and stroke the lovely new tyres and knowing I paid for one of them. By the end of May I can open the bonnet of the car and look at the clutch and know I paid for half of it.

Then on the way home gonna have a look at some new gold fish.
